Shipping & Delivery

  • All of our orders are shipped the next working day after ordering. All orders, UK or Worldwide are shipped with tracked couriers.

Our prices for shipping are as follows:

UK Delivery

  • Tracked 24 – £4.15 + .75p for every extra item

 

International Delivery

  • Tracked Europe – £18 + £3.50 for every extra item.
  • Australia – 21.60 + £8.00 for every extra item.
  • Canada – £18.80 + £4.20 for every extra Item.
  • USA – £18.00 + £4.00 for every extra Item.

Returns & Refunds

  • If a mistake has been made on our behalf, we will facilitate your return and issue a refund or replace the item(s).

No, as this is laser engraved its a burn and unable to change the colour.

Yes, you can have any text on the top and bottom of all items.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.

All items are personalised and are unable to be returned unless faulty.

When ordering please check spelling and grammar before ordering as mistakes cannot be rectified.

Yes please message us with desired image and text and we will endeavour to meet your requirements if able.
